Catholic Mortuaries provides funeral service packages that follow the Order of Christian Funeral guidelines promulgated by the Church. The three principal ritual celebrations of a Roman Catholic funeral are:

The Vigil - The rite celebrated by the Christian community in the time following death and before the funeral liturgy. It is a time when loved ones show teir respect and share their memories of the deceased.

Funeral Liturgy - Community's central liturgical celebration is the single movement beginning with the viewing, greeting of family and friends, and culminating in the prayers and farewell gestures at the cemetery.

Rite of Committal - At the conclusion of the funeral rites, it is the final act of caring for the body of the deceased member of the church held at the final resting place.

Parish Packages

We offer a range of complete traditional and cremation packages, each with a different price point and a different level of built-in savings. These Parish Packages are specially designed to compliment traditional Catholic observances.

All Parish Packages include the following:

• A day of visitation/vigil at our facility
• Use of facilities and staff for funeral ceremony or equipment and staff for church services
• Professional services of our funeral director and staff including:
  • Preparation and securing permits and death certificates
  • Coordination with clergy and other individuals
  • Coordination with cemetery staff
  • Coordination of music
• Transfer of deceased from place of death into our care
• Embalming or refrigeration (three days or portion thereof)
• Preparation for Viewing
• Funeral coach (hearse)

• A credit towards the cost of flowers

When you select one of the Parish Packages, you decide what kind of casket is in keeping with your needs and budget.

• The Standard Package offers eight casket options.
• The Value Package offers five casket options.
• The Basic Package offers two casket options.

For an additional fee we off three Remembrance Options to help ou personalize the package you select.

• The Devotion Option includes a Premium Crucifix and choice of a devotional themed casket featuring the Pieta or the Last Supper.
• The Veterans Option includes arrangements for an American flag (with a wooden flag case) and a choice between our two Veterans Themed caskets: National Honor Oak or Anthem Stainless Steel.
• The Eloquence Option includes a choice of one of three premium caskets: Aegean Bronze, Puritan Copper or Premier Mahogany.
